ICQ, is a free download that includes software and an ICQ number. The software sits on your system tray by the clock. You can add people with an ICQ number to your list. When someone on the list gets on the Internet, ICQ alerts you. You can then send them an instant message, etc. It's quite a nice little toy, and it's free. Wouldn't it be nice to know when you family and friends are on-line?

If you already have AOL Instant Messenger, I would encourage you to download ICQ because it has more features, and in my opinion, it's easier to use.
